Return Policy
Due to the nature of calling cards, we are unable to offer refunds after an order has been processed.
If you lose your PIN number(s), they may appear in your Order History after you login to My Account.
If you still require assistance, Customer Service will gladly assist you.
Simply call us and we will provide do everything we can to help you.
We are a reseller of calling cards and not a manufacturer. Therefore, we have no control over
connection charges, rates or any particular calling card's policy.
